Services

BREAKING

We offer four press brakes in our facility with CNC back gauge system. We can fabricate up to 146" in length and form up to 1/2" thick. Press break forming through 1/2" thick steel. 


GRINDING

Custom Metal Finishing Services
Grinding a metal part will remove burrs, deep cuts or saw marks. It also prepares the part for polishing. Polishing is a form of grinding that involves smoothing the part so that it has an even and completely flat surface.

LASER

Our precision manufacturing laser system delivers the highest possible laser cutting performance on a wide variety of materials.

The system accurately and quickly laser cuts intricate designs and artwork from any graphics software program into your material, producing crisp, clean edges.

MILLWRIGHT 

As millwrights, our job is to remove, replace, relocate or install any piece of equipment or machinery with precision and safety. A millwright is concerned with the precision-fitting of machinery.

PLASMA CUTTING

We offer a wide range of temperature-controlled trailers, so you can ship delicate, temperature-sensitive goods with confidence. Our high definition plasma cutting equipment is CNC controlled in order to provide the most consistent, closest tolerance parts possible:
- High definition plasma provided even tighter tolerances (tolerances of +/- .005 are possible).

- High definition plasma provides a superior quality cut on carbon, aluminum, and stainless steel plate.

- High definition plasma’s increased cutting speeds reduce turnaround time.

WATERJETTING 

We offer 2 water jet cutting systems in our facility. One is a single head cutting system and one is a dual head for production runs.

- Excellent for thick materials and prototype jobs such as: various metals, plastic, rubber and all stone materials such as granite, limestone, marble and many others
